Last day off with M. We’re settled in with coffee at Kaladi; he has his thesis and I have my Kindle. Not a bad day at all :)

Thankful for…

• A wonderful Christmas with my husband and BIL
• A long luxurious break from work
• Coffee with friends
• So much wonderful sleep

Today, I’m thankful for things large and small:

• We’ve officially crossed cancer off the list! :D
• It’s Friday and there’s a chili feed tonite
• After a 3-day assay, I finally get to review data today
• I finished the week off strong at the gym
• It’s payday!

Birthday!

Best birthday gift ever: Matt being vertical and well enough to go in to work today. 

Dinner and Fiddler on the Roof tonite!

The good:

Trip to Croatia

Promotion at work

Looking forward to bday dinner and Fiddler on the Roof with M and friends

The not-so-good:

M’s mysterious unilateral pain/numbness

Subsequent tests and a spinal tap

Subsequent blood patch for spinal headache resulting from spinal tap

Next appointment not until Nov 1st :(
